Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
ability to work evening shifts during the week
strong multitasking skills
ability to maintain a business casual appearance
commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties

manage the entire birthday party department
serve as the first point of contact for guests
design and customize party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
train and manage party staff members
oversee birthday operations
ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations
work with the leadership team to drive financial results
resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
represent Urban Air with fun and energy
follow and enforce party management systems
