Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in using communication and booking software
Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
Must be outgoing and personable

Job Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for party and group event inquiries
Collaborate with guests to customize party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
Respond promptly to all leads, typically within the same or next business day
Work closely with the Park Team to ensure an excellent guest experience for all groups
Promote and sell party packages to increase sales and achieve booking goals
Follow up with guests after events to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Support the leadership team in driving financial results and maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
