Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- willingness to work weekends and evening shifts

Job Duties
- serve as first point of contact for guests
- design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- respond to leads promptly within same or next business day
- sell value-add party packages to customers
- collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experience
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- support team by assisting with additional duties as needed
