Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
availability to work weekends and evenings
strong organizational and time management skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to resolve conflicts effectively
willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties

serve as the first point of contact for guests
design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
respond to all leads in a timely manner
work closely with the park team to ensure excellent guest experience
exceed sales goals consistently
resolve conflict quickly and fairly
follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction
