Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work friday, saturday, and sunday
ability to work evening shifts during the week
strong communication skills

Job Duties

manage the entire birthday party department
serve as the first point of contact for guests
design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
train and mentor party staff members
ensure adherence to party management system
exceed customer expectations
resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
