Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- willingness to work in a business casual environment
- ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment

Job Qualifications
- outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience in sales or customer service preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, family entertainment environment

- capable of booking events months in advance
- ability to represent Urban Air with energy and enthusiasm
Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- sell and design customized party packages involving food, drinks, and park attractions
- respond to all leads promptly, usually within the same or next business day
- collaborate with the park team to ensure excellent guest experiences for all groups
- build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- work closely with leadership to drive store financial results to new heights
