Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to resolve conflicts promptly and fairly
Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing and personable demeanor
Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
Knowledge of event planning or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

Sell party packages and customize food, drinks, and attractions for groups
Respond promptly to all sales leads within same or next business day
Collaborate with Park Team to ensure excellent guest experiences
Follow up with guests post-event to assess satisfaction
Resolve conflicts fairly and efficiently
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Actively participate in team activities and support colleagues
