Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or customer service
- experience working with children and children’s events
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
- good communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple events

- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients across a broad age range to create a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- ensure client satisfaction during events
- uphold company cleanliness and safety standards including setup and breakdown of events
- assist customers with product location and shopping
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote rewards programs and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram implementations
- maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- demonstrate positive interaction and respect in all customer and team member interactions
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- cross train in custom framing selling and production
- perform other duties as assigned
