Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in retail or customer service
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical ability to lift heavy boxes and perform various physical tasks
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- willingness to follow company safety and operating procedures

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage guests of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and face painting activities
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and team members
- perform administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- assist customers with locating products and shopping
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- enroll customers in rewards programs and credit cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and ship from store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform store in stock optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
- foster positive and respectful interactions
- cross-trained in custom framing sales and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- perform other duties as assigned
