Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in retail or customer service
  • ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • physical ability to lift heavy boxes and perform various physical tasks
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • willingness to follow company safety and operating procedures

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage guests of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct craft projects and face painting activities
  • facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
  • communicate event details with clients and team members
  • perform administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback
  • create backup or emergency plans
  • ensure client satisfaction
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • assist customers with locating products and shopping
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • enroll customers in rewards programs and credit cards
  • educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
  • support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and ship from store
  • participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • perform store in stock optimization and AD set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
  • foster positive and respectful interactions
  • cross-trained in custom framing sales and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness activities
  • perform other duties as assigned
