Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for the job

- Retail and customer service experience
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans if needed
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold company cleanliness and safety standards and set up and clean before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on rewards program and credit cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on surveys
- Assist with omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform store in-stock optimization and advertising set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company programs to ensure compliance
- Interact with others respectfully and promote company values
- Cross trained in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
