Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event planning or coordination preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders

- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks like answering emails and managing paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Set up, break down, and clean before and after events
- Assist customers in shopping and locating products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
- Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor
- Cross-train in custom framing sales and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
