Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to move throughout the store
- ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- experience handling heavy boxes and using ladders for shelf access
- must be able to perform physical tasks essential to the role
- availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients by fostering a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities like face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- perform administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create and execute backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- assist customers with product location and solutions
- provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties
- maintain merchandise recovery and store presentation
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
