Job Requirements

- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Prior retail or customer service experience

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in completing craft projects and performing activities like face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks like answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and credit cards
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to SOPs and company policies
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and co-workers
- Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleaning activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
