Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Unrestricted driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and MapQuest
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • No experience necessary
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Basic mathematical principles and application including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and percentages
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills including MapQuest
  • Must have a high-energy personality
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude when working under deadlines
  • Ability and desire to provide excellent customer-service
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Pick up and/or deliver parts to designated accounts when instructed by the parts or service departments
  • Provide quick, courteous, professional, and efficient service to all service department technicians
  • Pull parts, maintain inventory, and ensure that inventory in parts department is properly stocked
  • Tag and stamp warranty and core parts for repair orders, both customer pay and warranty
  • Assist in opening the retail area each day and in closing the warehouse at the end of the day
  • Keep Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager informed of any areas in the department that are not satisfactory
  • Safeguard customer and Dealer information per established policy
  • Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
