Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Unrestricted driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under deadlines with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and MapQuest
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Basic mathematical principles and application including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and percentages
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills including MapQuest
- Must have a high-energy personality
- Ability to maintain positive attitude when working under deadlines
- Ability and desire to provide excellent customer-service
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Bilingual a plus
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Duties
- Pick up and/or deliver parts to designated accounts when instructed by the parts or service departments
- Provide quick, courteous, professional, and efficient service to all service department technicians
- Pull parts, maintain inventory, and ensure that inventory in parts department is properly stocked
- Tag and stamp warranty and core parts for repair orders, both customer pay and warranty
- Assist in opening the retail area each day and in closing the warehouse at the end of the day
- Keep Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager informed of any areas in the department that are not satisfactory
- Safeguard customer and Dealer information per established policy
- Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
