Job Requirements
- High school diploma or g.e.d. preferred
- must have basic knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing components and must be capable of identifying the same
- must have basic knowledge of types of processing and packaging equipment used in the bakery
- must be able and willing to follow directions as issued by supervisor
- must have good oral and written communication skills
- must be polite and possess good housekeeping characteristics
- must be responsible and self-motivated
- must be honest and trustworthy

Job Duties
- Receiving and stocking items
- pick and issue items
- return item to stock
- inventory audits as requested or necessary
- practice good housekeeping including clean up at end of shift
- responsible for security of tool room
- follows good manufacturing practices at all times
- verbally communicates instructions problems etc to co-workers supervisors and employees from all departments
- meet company attendance standards of start and end time for work as scheduled
- comply with all safety health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law
- complies with company rules regulations and policies
- may perform other functions as assigned
- any foreign materials found in product or ingredients need to be reported to a supervisor immediately
