Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with accounting and clerical support
- Submit documents and claims through appropriate channels within deadlines
- Accurately track all submitted claims
- Reconcile claims with GM and other vendors
- Use applicable technology to access information necessary for daily tasks
- Support team-oriented work environment
