Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening
- Candidate must be able to receive a TWIC card with TSA clearance
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Energetic, customer-driven, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Minimum of 6 months of prior parts experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening
- Prior experience driving a company vehicle or operating a forklift is a plus
Job Duties
- Handle customer phone inquiries regarding parts in a professional, friendly, and businesslike manner
- Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately and on time (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Deliver parts to customer locations and vessels as required
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to maintain operational readiness
- Support and implement safety programs in compliance with company policies
- Accurately invoice customers and manage purchase order processes
- Maintain order records for timely processing, shipping, and billing
- Monitor and document customer transactions accurately
- Enter and update inventory data into the computer system promptly
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
