Job Requirements
- Previous RV or auto parts store experience required
- Computer and phone proficiency preferred
- High school diploma or GED required

Job Duties
- Identify parts needs and accurately create or modify purchase orders for the appropriate vendors
- Process special order parts in the dealership system and notify the appropriate advisor, technician, or customer upon receipt
- Verify and process invoices by comparing them to purchase orders, ensuring correct quality, quantity, and pricing
- Track, document, and manage warranty returns, outside purchases, and parts received or issued
- Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular organization and ongoing cycle counts
- Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient parts operations
