- Versatile profile with a strong enthusiasm for catering operations at mega-events
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Service-oriented approach towards commercial partners
- Strong commitment to quality, results, and accountability within a team
- Resilience to stress and intensive work, persistence, and commitment to procedures
- Good IT skills and experience using collaborative platforms
- Great attention to detail and ability to produce work of a high standard
- Open-mindedness, flexibility, and adaptability
- Team player capable of working on a project involving many stakeholders
- Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in sports event management and, ideally, F&B / catering operations is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools

Job Duties
- Ensure that services delivered are compliant with the F&B Concessions Operational Plan (number of staff, SKU allocation and sales prices per concession, activation hours, alcohol policy, SFE activations, etc.)
- Ensure that the commercial and contractual rights of the Commercial Partners involved in the F&B Concessions Program are respected and implemented (brand exposure and product exclusivity, use of dedicated equipment, respect of merchandising guidelines such as planograms, uniforms, menu boards, POS tactics, etc.)
- On match days: coordinate and report on operations and carry out regular quality controls (readiness by stadium gate opening, measure queuing times, monitor stock shortages, observe quality of customer service, etc.)
- Provide daily briefings to the local concessionaire and the Commercial Partner teams on site and ensure smooth communication between relevant stakeholders of the F&B Concessions Program
- Liaise daily with the FIFA central team using the designated report template
- Assist the FWC26 Commercial Rights Delivery Team in all matters related to FIFA Partnerships’ objectives and obligations
- Assist the team with administrative responsibilities
- Perform any other duties as required
