Job Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of events, marketing, or relevant experience
- experience with NASCAR or motorsports activation from brand or team side a plus
- strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with C-suite executives, corporate partners, and guests
- strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
- exceptional relationship-building skills with professionalism and tact
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
- highly organized to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. with occasional international travel

Job Duties
- Lead project management of company NASCAR events and collaborate with external and internal partners including communications, sales, and marketing
- execute company events through collaboration on communications needs including social media content
- deliver exceptional guest experience for clients at sponsorship events
- represent the company in a professional manner during on-site activation events
- manage logistical needs for sponsorship event deliverables including suppliers, facilities, hotels, catering vendors, credentials, and equipment
- maintain project management tool for tracking partnership initiatives in collaboration with marketing and communications teams
- serve as primary liaison building strong relationships and providing strategic and tactical guidance to maximize sponsorship value
- develop and execute integrated activations across digital, social, broadcast, and trackside platforms
- travel frequently for events, approximately 50 percent or more
