Job Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Proficiency with sales presentation tools such as Sportsdigita/DigiDeck
- Comfortable navigating the ballpark to visit clients and host potential partners during games and events
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required including other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or related work experience
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the Nashville market and surrounding business community preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in planning, execution, tracking and reporting of all corporate partner contractual elements, including but not limited to traditional media assets such as radio, print, signage

- Provide a high level of customer service, client fulfillment and hospitality to both current and prospective clients, as well as community partners
- Support Corporate Partnerships department by maintaining detailed reports, managing partnership inventory, and serving as an on-site contact for partners on game days and special events
- Manage partnership proposal (DigiDeck) platform and produce mid-season and end-of-year partner recaps, including the collection and management of photo documentation for all in-season sponsor elements
- Lead promotion, coordination and execution of special game day events such as activations, giveaways, group outings
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Partnership team and other internal departments throughout the sales and fulfillment process to ensure seamless communication, execution, and partner satisfaction
