Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, preferably within e-commerce or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commercial role such as sales, marketing, or partnerships
- Experience working with 3PL, international shipping, returns management, carrier management, freight forwarding, warehousing or other logistics fields
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot and sales engagement platforms
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced hypergrowth environment

Job Duties
- Drive partner-sourced revenue growth by developing and executing joint go-to-market initiatives with 3PL and fulfilment partners
- Own your portfolio of logistics and eCommerce partners, building pipeline and meeting booking targets through strategic collaboration
- Work closely with partners on co-selling, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration efforts
- Support internal sales teams in articulating the value of 3PL and fulfilment partnerships, advocating for partner-driven solutions
- Ensure partners are fully enabled on Swap's product roadmap, helping them maximise value for their clients
- Track and monitor performance metrics tied to Swap's logistics and fulfilment partnerships
- Build and maintain trusted, revenue-focused relationships with key logistics and 3PL and fulfilment partners, serving as the primary GTM contact
