Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in a related field preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents and visitors with a warm and helpful demeanor
- manage incoming communications and coordinate services for senior residents
- provide information about community events, amenities, and available resources
- support residents in accessing community meals and discounts
- handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accountability and care
- collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment
- participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
