Job Duties
- stock and maintain a continental breakfast
- prepare and serve lunch and evening meals from an approved menu
- ensure all food is properly labeled and stored
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas according to regulatory standards
- comply with FDA Food Code and contract guidelines
- assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- adhere to health and safety protocols
