Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work any day of the week including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to commute to Irving, TX 75038
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and trustworthiness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle personal property responsibly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Ability to follow safety and emergency protocols
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically able to perform the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Ensure overall member and guest satisfaction
- Answer questions regarding services, and escort members and guests as needed
- Handle all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to management as appropriate
- Maintain and ensure proper locker assignments
- Maintain immaculate locker and lounge facilities
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility using a 'clean as you go' philosophy
- Pick up after members after each use of areas in the facility
- Keep showers, dressing areas and vanities clean, organized and fully stocked with towels and supplies
- Remove soiled towels and trash frequently
- Clean showers, bathrooms, steam rooms, saunas, and whirlpool as needed and according to regular schedules
- Ensure safety for guests by keeping wet and dry area floors clean and dry
- Keep beverage stations clean and fully stocked
- Refresh beverages regularly
- Ensure facilities and equipment are safe and comfortable for use, including water and steam room temperatures
- Develop a complete knowledge of safety and emergency protocols
- Address any safety or emergency issues with urgency and discretion
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and engagement among team members
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings
- Assist other departments as needed
- Work harmoniously with co-workers and leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
