Job Duties
- Setting up and breaking down event spaces or dining rooms
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, or keeping buffets stocked
- Entering orders using the POS system
- Interacting with members and guests on a regular basis, must always keep a professional and welcoming attitude
- Tableside wine service
- Bussing tables and maintain an enjoyable dining space
- Communicating with team members and management
- Side work tasks such as polishing silverware, rolling silverware, polishing glassware, restocking, sweeping, etc.
