Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working as a receptionist preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to operate various office equipment
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Commitment to PHS core values and mission
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three months to twelve months work experience as a receptionist desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with office equipment such as copy machines and multi-line phone systems
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently
- Compatibility with PHS mission and values
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive public relations
- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls courteously and professionally
- Serve as an information resource for residents, visitors, and staff
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned
- Operate office equipment including copy machines, multi-line phones, postage meters, and fax machines
- Demonstrate computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word
- Communicate effectively in English with all customers
