Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of pre-employment reference check
- Criminal history check as required by the Transportation Security Administration
- Physical assessment
- Drug screening
- Motor vehicle record review
- Valid State of Nebraska driver’s license
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using safe lifting techniques
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and trucks safely
- Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, and walk
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to report conditions and describe situations clearly and logically both orally and in writing
- Basic knowledge and use of computer skills
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Possess and exhibit excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning and disinfecting duties
