Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or reception
- ability to pass a criminal background check
- capability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness to work weekends
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- strong communication skills in English

- Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service role

Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and take messages
- greet elders, families, visitors, and team members in person and on the phone, answering questions and creating a friendly, positive environment for all
- assist leadership team members with Life Enrichment, Marketing, and accounting tasks such as events, directing calls for marketing, receiving invoices, sorting mail
- monitor the entry area for visitors and guests, ensuring a neat, clean, inviting entry
- receive and send packages for elders, assisting them with questions and concerns as requested
- role-model core values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun to represent the community
- manage the lobby experience for all visitors, providing exceptional customer service
