Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine desire and ability to interact with people of all ages and temperaments
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Must abide by Illinois Park District Code in hiring practices
Job Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience preferred

Job Duties
- Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of all locker rooms
- Performs towel laundering
- Assists with the facility's day-to-day cleaning including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, locker room and bathroom maintenance
- Cleans and maintains steam rooms, swimming pool, and whirlpool
- Plans and schedules work in accordance with goals established with the Lead Facility Engineer
- Recommends equipment and supplies purchases for preventative and ongoing maintenance
- Responds to concerns and requests from members, residents, and guests with urgency and corrective action
