Job Duties
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records
- receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items
- process, sort, and accurately label packages
- monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- check and verify shipping labels for accuracy
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- communicate operational updates and needs to the HQ team
- coordinate and communicate with drivers for pickups and deliveries
- reschedule and track failed delivery attempts
- verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance
- consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments
- handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
- identify opportunities to improve or optimize warehouse procedures
