Job Requirements
- Veterinary technician or receptionist with at least 1+ years professional experience
- availability to work weekends
- consistent punctuality and reliability
- ability to communicate effectively with clients
- customer service proficiency
- knowledge of medical record management
- ability to safely restrain animals
- proficiency in diagnostic sample collection
- experience with radiographic imaging
- experience with anesthesia and surgical assistance
- commitment to ethics and learning
- ability to handle fast-paced environment and animal hazards
Job Qualifications
- Veterinary technician or receptionist with at least 1+ years professional experience

- bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred but not required
- comprehensive knowledge of veterinary procedures and hospital operations
- expertise in safe and low-stress animal restraint techniques
- proficiency in sample collection methods including blood, urine, fecal, skin specimens
- experience in radiographic positioning and image capture
- experience in anesthesia administration and surgical monitoring
- commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- knowledge of animal-related hazards
Job Duties
- Pet restraint
- triage incoming patients
- collection and analysis of lab samples
- diagnostic imaging
- management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases
- administration of medications
- communication of treatment plans with clients
- surgical preparation and assistance
- anesthetic management
- maintain hospital reception area
- greet and welcome clients and patients
- answer questions and triage client concerns
- answer calls and emails and direct to appropriate party
- schedule appointments
- check in and check out clients
- process payments
- provide emotional support to clients during times of need
