Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
- Proficiency with computers and multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask accurately in a busy environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail with payment handling and record keeping
- Adaptability under pressure
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Compassion for animals and clients
- Willingness to work part-time 20-29 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in using computers, business systems, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the veterinary field is a plus
- Cash handling experience preferred

- Genuine compassion for animals and their owners
Job Duties
- Warmly greet clients and their pets to create exceptional first impressions
- Manage multi-line phone systems and accurately collect and document client and patient information
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently while handling check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate with veterinary departments by alerting them of patient arrivals and distributing daily schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that promotes a positive client experience
- Handle payments and maintain precise records with attention to detail
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide compassionate guidance regarding pet care and hospital procedures
