Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville is a newly established veterinary urgent care center committed to providing high-quality and compassionate emergency care for pets in the Bentonville community. This facility was created to support pet owners during those critical moments when their primary care veterinarians are either closed or overwhelmed with other cases. Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year veterinary receptionist experience preferred
- weekend availability preferred
- ability to handle unpleasant odors and noises
- comfort with exposure to bites, scratches, animal waste, and potentially contagious diseases
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication skills
- self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
Job Qualifications
- experienced receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred

Job Duties
- maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
- greet and welcome clients and patients
- answer questions and triage client concerns
- answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
- schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
- check in and check out clients and process payments
- offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need
