- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite

- Work independently during assigned evening hours
- Use a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van to transport trash and recyclables
- Maintain physical fitness by performing outdoor, active work
- Communicate effectively using a smartphone
- Attend paid training sessions
