- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van with valid insurance

- Ownership of a smartphone for job communication
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Previous experience in waste collection or a similar role is an advantage but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- follow all company safety procedures and policies
- maintain physical fitness by performing active work outdoors
- complete assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner
- ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional behavior
- report any maintenance or operational issues to management
