Job Requirements

  • A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van with valid insurance is required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
  • A smartphone
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in waste collection or similar outdoor labor roles is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills using a smartphone
  • Physically able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
  • Transfer collected waste to the trash compactor onsite
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures
  • Perform duties independently during scheduled part-time hours
  • Maintain physical fitness by working outdoors in an active setting
