Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van with valid insurance is required for the job
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smart phone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in waste management or similar work is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Good physical fitness to manage lifting and transporting duties
- Reliable communication skills using a smartphone
- Positive attitude and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the trash compactor onsite
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with management and report any issues encountered
- Work independently during part-time evening hours
- Ensure timely completion of assigned routes
