Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- transfer collected trash to the onsite compactor
- follow company policies and safety procedures
- maintain independence while working outdoors
- ensure efficient waste collection on scheduled nightly shifts
- communicate effectively with team members and management as needed
- uphold company standards and contribute to a positive team culture
