Job Requirements
- Must speak English
- Own a clean, late-model pickup truck in good working condition
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Comfortable climbing stairs and working outdoors
- Availability Sunday through Thursday evenings 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Federal Tax ID number preferred
- Must be comfortable using smartphones and apps
- No vans or SUVs allowed
- Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport to onsite trash compactor
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions including cold and rain
- Climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door
- Be punctual, arriving onsite by 7:55 PM sharp
- Maintain quiet trash removal respecting residents' bedtime
- Communicate daily with Valet Field District Manager
- Follow mandatory pickup schedule from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday
