Job Requirements
- Must speak English
- own and operate a pickup truck in good working condition
- possess a valid driver's license
- be available to work Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- able to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing steps
- comfortable using smartphone technology
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication skills
- highly motivated and reliable
- comfortable using smartphones and apps
- former military service members preferred
- good physical condition
- ability to work late evening hours
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from each building door
- transport trash to onsite trash compactor
- work in all weather conditions including cold and rain
- climb steps to retrieve trash bags from apartments
- maintain punctuality and be onsite by 7:55 PM
- communicate daily with Valet Field District Manager
- operate and maintain a clean late-model pickup truck
