Job Requirements
- must speak English
- must own a pickup truck in good working condition
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must be physically fit
- must be comfortable using a smartphone
- no vans or SUVs allowed
- preferred former military service members with contractor status and Federal Tax ID
Job Qualifications
- own a clean late model pickup truck
- possess a valid driver’s license
- speak English fluently
- be physically fit to climb stairs and handle trash collection
- demonstrate excellent communication skills
- be comfortable using smartphones and apps
- have a positive and hardworking attitude
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from each building door
- transport trash to onsite trash compactor
- work five days per week from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- persist in trash collection rain, cold, or shine
- climb stairs to retrieve bagged trash from all apartment doors
- maintain punctuality and be onsite by 7:55 PM
- communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager
