Job Requirements
- Must own and operate a clean, late-model pickup truck
- Valid driver’s license
- Must speak English fluently
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Good physical condition to handle stairs and walking during shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and professional
- Federal Tax ID number preferred
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in waste collection or similar role is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Comfort and proficiency using smartphones and apps
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Military service background preferred
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport it to the onsite trash compactor
- Work consistently five days per week regardless of weather conditions
- Arrive onsite by 7:55 PM to begin collection promptly at 8:00 PM
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the pickup truck
- Communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager using smartphones and apps
- Climb stairs and walk through apartment complexes to retrieve trash bags
- Ensure quiet operation during trash collection to respect residents' peace
