Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • have a valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
  • maintain a clean driving record
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
  • have the physical capability to run, stand, and move quickly for extended periods
  • be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • have the ability to bend, stoop and reach
  • pass a motor vehicle record check, background check and drug test
  • be available to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record

  • ability to drive both manual (stick shift) is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly, courteously, and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • assist guests with directions, luggage, or other needs as appropriate
  • deliver clear instructions on how the valet process works
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and politely
  • safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
  • operate all types of vehicles including manual and automatic in varying weather and traffic conditions with care and follow all traffic, parking, and safety laws
  • verify vehicle condition upon intake and note any existing damages
  • ensure keys are properly labeled, stored, and secured at all times
  • ensure vehicles are locked at all times
  • maintain a clean and organized valet stand and surrounding areas
  • coordinate with other valet staff and supervisors to manage vehicle flow
  • follow company procedures for handling tickets, payments, and tips if applicable
  • report any accidents, incidents, damages, or unusual and suspicious activity to management immediately
