Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have a valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
- maintain a clean driving record
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
- have the physical capability to run, stand, and move quickly for extended periods
- be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- have the ability to bend, stoop and reach
- pass a motor vehicle record check, background check and drug test
- be available to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications

- ability to drive both manual (stick shift) is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly, courteously, and professionally upon arrival and departure
- assist guests with directions, luggage, or other needs as appropriate
- deliver clear instructions on how the valet process works
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and politely
- safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- operate all types of vehicles including manual and automatic in varying weather and traffic conditions with care and follow all traffic, parking, and safety laws
- verify vehicle condition upon intake and note any existing damages
- ensure keys are properly labeled, stored, and secured at all times
- ensure vehicles are locked at all times
- maintain a clean and organized valet stand and surrounding areas
- coordinate with other valet staff and supervisors to manage vehicle flow
- follow company procedures for handling tickets, payments, and tips if applicable
- report any accidents, incidents, damages, or unusual and suspicious activity to management immediately
