Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Florida Driver License
- ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
- ability to work standing for long periods
- ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain
- ability to handle, grasp, and feel objects and equipment
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to navigate property quickly
- ability to complete all required forms
- availability for extended and flexible hours including weekends
- ability to respond to emergencies timely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- valid Florida Driver License
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- multiple language fluency is desirable
- strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- previous similar experience preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for arriving and departing resident needs
- greet and assist residents and guests with baggage and package handling
- answer inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, and local directions
- maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- resolve and follow up on complaints and issues
- follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- perform other duties as required
