Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer-service related field
  • Valid drivers license with no restrictions or major infractions
  • Able to provide most recent driving record
  • Ability to perform basic math related to American currency and understand 24-hour and military time systems
  • Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must pass background and drug screenings
  • Compliance with immunization or health screening requirements
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of at least 1 year experience in customer-service related field

  • Ability to perform basic math related to American money and understand parking rate calculations and 24-hour/military time
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings
  • Compliance with immunization or health screening requirements
  • Demonstrated professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe manner
  • Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor with all customers, tenants, and guests
  • Acknowledge, greet, and welcome customers, tenants, and guests using appropriate protocols
  • Assist customers, tenants, and guests with loading and unloading belongings as needed
  • Responsibly and safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
  • Assess and document vehicle damage before taking any vehicle
  • Accurately record the location of all valeted vehicles
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to customers, tenants, and guests upon arrival
  • Immediately report any accidents to the manager on duty
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment by following standards and procedures
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Fill in for front line associates during their absences
  • Perform other duties as assigned
