Job Requirements

  • Over the age of 18 years old
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
  • Possess an active in-state driver’s license with no restricted permits or probationary licenses
  • Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
  • Ability to work professionally with integrity and compassion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to operate apps and technology on a tablet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency
  • Able to stand for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Speak, read, and write Standard English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and others
  • Strong customer service abilities in a physically demanding environment.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
  • Valid active in-state regular driver’s license with no permits or probationary license
  • Clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to speak, read, and write standard English
  • Proficient with technology and apps on tablets
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and compassion
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, push, and pull items throughout the shift.

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
  • Work continuously in an outdoor environment, sometimes exposed to harsh weather elements such as severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
  • Walk, stand, push, and pull various luggage and belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Use apps and technology daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
  • Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed
  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor showing compassion and empathy
  • Support team environment to meet all client relationship metrics
  • Maintain meticulous records including photos of vehicles and condition
  • Manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and traffic laws
  • Provide accurate directions and helpful hospital facility information
  • Build effective relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
