Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professional and friendly demeanor
- clean driving record
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet all guests upon arrival
- assist guests with luggage to their rooms promptly when checking in and upon checking out
- hail taxicabs and answer questions
- provide the guest with general hotel information once in guest room
- assist guests by taking luggage to the curb to meet their transportation
- remove trash, papers, cans, bottles, cups, etc. in lobby area between housekeeping runs
- provide guests with general questions and assistance when Concierge is not available
- be knowledgeable of the community and area to provide information on special events, entertainment, and restaurants to guests
- submit all lost and found articles accompanied by a report
- function as a doorperson as needed
- deliver faxes, messages, packages, flowers, wine, and other items to guests in their rooms
- ensure that the "white zone" is kept free and clear for guest arrival and in cases of emergency
- notify guests by telephone of delivery of automobiles, packages, or arrival of visitors
- take on responsibilities outside of this job post as needed
