Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred

  • Basic physical fitness to handle duties involving movement and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Understanding of safety and hygiene standards in hospitality

Job Duties

  • Prepare guest rooms for turndown service ensuring all elements meet The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
  • Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
  • Clean and maintain public spaces to hotel standards
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Uphold safety, confidentiality, and professionalism in all work activities
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently
