Job Requirements
- must have a Class B commercial driver's license with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements or willingness to obtain them
- valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
- ability to lift and pull 50 to 75 pounds of equipment
- ability to satisfy English Language Proficiency requirements as per 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2)
- availability for part-time work approximately 29 hours per week
- pass background checks and drug screens
- commitment to safety and customer service
Job Qualifications
- minimum of Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
- valid Medical Examiner's Certificate for interstate commerce operation
- ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to meet English Language Proficiency requirements in 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2)
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Deliver fuel locally (home every night) in a safe and efficient manner
- maintain the delivery truck including reviewing maintenance records, performing inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions requiring attention
- provide superior customer service
- account for funds and inventory using a handheld terminal
- comply with safety regulations and company policies
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- complete accurate delivery paperwork and reports
